There is 24/7 access available to collect your flat key, no matter what time you arrive in Dunedin. The University Flats office does not allow others to collect your key.
When you arrive in Dunedin, go directly to the University Flats office at 100 St David Street, North Dunedin, to collect your welcome letter and key. You will need to have proof of identity. From there you will be able to move directly into your flat.

If you arrive after 5pm on weekdays or on weekends, you will need to use the phone outside of the front door to call Campus Watch and they will come over to give you your key.
