There is 24/7 access available to pick up your flat key, no matter what time you arrive in Dunedin. University Flats office do not allow others to uplift keys.
When you arrive in Dunedin, please go directly to the University Flats office at 100 St David Street, North Dunedin, Dunedin to collect your welcome letter and key to your room. You will need to have proof of identity. From there you will be able to move directly into your flat.
If you arrive after 5pm on weekdays or on weekends, you will need to use the phone outside of the front door to ring Campus Watch and they will come over to give you your key.
