Username
Your username is printed on the front of your University of Otago student ID card and also appears at the beginning of your email address.
If you don't have an ID card and cannot remember your email address you can contact AskOtago for assistance.
Password
If you know your username and have forgotten your password, you can reset your password via the Identity Self Service console:
