AskOtago IT provides assistance for a range of IT specific enquiries to University staff, students, and external users.
For in-person assistance, they can be found at the AskOtago Central Hub on the Dunedin campus. You can also contact them via phone or online chat. AskOtago IT are available Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
AskOtago IT representatives can help you with your computer issues and general enquiries that you may have:
- Changing your password
- Connecting to the University's wireless network
- Computer issues
- Assistance with a particular software
- Installing course or work related software
- Printing
- Apps at Otago support, and more
