Cancel or change an appointment at the Faculty of Dentistry

It is important to contact the Dental Hospital if you need to change or cancel an appointment to ensure someone else in need can be seen.

How do I cancel or change an appointment

To cancel or change an appointment:

1. Contact the Faculty of Dentistry by phone:

2. Advise of the cancellation or changes required.
3. Further advice will be provided.

The patient themselves must make changes to their own appointments, unless they are under the age of 16, or if an arrangement has been put in place.

If it is not possible for the patient to make changes directly, contact the Faculty for advice.
