The University of Otago is in the process of creating more all–gender toilets.
The list below is a work in progress. Otago University Students' Association (OUSA) Queer Support is in the process of checking each toilet. If you have found a gender-neutral toilet on campus that is not on the list, email: q.support@ousa.org.nz to advise.
Disability Information and Support offer use of their single-stall, accessible toilets (many of which have also been labelled as gender-neutral) to trans, gender non-confirming, and gender-diverse individuals.
The University and OUSA appreciate that some trans, gender non-conforming, and gender-diverse students might not feel comfortable using an accessible toilet for a variety of reasons. Your feedback is welcome by email to: q.support@ousa.org.nz or: help@ousa.org.nz
