Students on conditional enrolment are unable to use their eVision portal to immediately withdraw from papers or apply to withdraw under exceptional circumstances. Instead, when entering Change papers in eVision, students should enter their request into a free text box.

This request is then sent to a designated adviser of studies in Student Development for assessment. It is likely your designated student adviser will reach out to you to check everything is okay and that you are aware of any implications of withdrawing.

If you are on conditional enrolment and you wish to withdraw, meet with a designated adviser of studies in Student Development.

If you are an international student, you should also seek advice from the International Student Support team.

Advisers can help you understand how withdrawing from papers may affect your academic progress, fees, StudyLink loans or allowances, and connect you with supports across the University.

Contact Student Development with any questions you have about withdrawing while on conditional enrolment
