Dunedin campus grounds may be used for an event which is not part of the University's or OUSA's own operations. The request will be subject to approval by the Property Services Division.

University and OUSA staff are also encouraged to complete the request form if they wish to the use campus grounds for any events outside of the University/OUSA's operations. This is to ensure there are no clashes with bookings.
