My eQuals makes it easy to share your official documents securely with other organisations. Before you can share documents, you will need to have an active My eQuals account
How do I share documents in My eQuals
My eQuals allows you access to share relevant documents from your account:
- Log in to My eQuals.
- Go to the Documents section of your My eQuals portal.
- Find the document you wish to share and click Share.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Generate a secure link to the document/s to share with the recipient, or
- Send directly via My eQuals to a registered organisation (e.g. another university).
- Optional: Add extra security by setting:
- An access PIN, or
- An expiry date for the link.
Sharing with World Education Services (WES)
WES accepts official academic transcripts digitally via My eQuals. You can submit your documents using the steps above. For detailed instructions, visit the WES Required Documents section on their website.
