Request a hard copy transcript

You can email Student Records to request a hard copy academic transcript.

How do I request a hard copy transcript

To request a hard copy of your academic transcript:

1. Email student-records@otago.ac.nz with your request including your:
   • Full name, including middle name/s if any, as listed at the time you studied
   • Date of birth
   • Programme of study
   • Last year at the University of Otago/College of Education (as applicable)
   • Preferred email address for us to contact you
2. Once you have received a response, complete the relevant forms included and return these by email.
3. You may be asked to provide evidence that My eQuals is not accepted.
