Get a replacement ID card

Replacement ID cards can be obtained from the ID Card Office in the Information Services Building, Dunedin campus.

Student cards

1. If your card is malfunctioning, visit the ID Card Office during business hours and they will replace the card at no charge.
2. There is a replacement fee if your card is lost, stolen, or deliberately damaged.
3. Take photo ID with you in case you are asked to show it.
4. Campus Watch should be contacted for issues outside of business hours.

Staff cards
