Get a replacement ID card

Replacement ID cards can be obtained from the ID Card Office in the Information Services Building, Dunedin campus.

Student cards

1. If your card is malfunctioning, visit the ID Card Office during business hours and they will replace the card for free.
2. If your card is lost, stolen, or deliberately damaged, there will be a fee of $25 (plus GST) to get a replacement.
3. Take photo ID with you in case you are asked to show it.
4. Issues outside of business hours should be directed to Campus Watch

Staff cards
