If you need to recover or reset the PIN for your ID card:
On the Dunedin campus
- Visit the Proctor's Office/Campus Watch Control Room (northern side of the St David Lecture Theatre Complex) anytime 24/7, or
- Go to the ID Card Office in the Information Services Building (ISB), 9:00am to 4:30pm during semester time, 10:00am to 2:00pm outside of semester time
On the Christchurch campus
