How do I pay the Student Services Fee
You can pay your Student Services Fee using one of the following methods:
- Internet banking (New Zealand bank account holders)
- Telegraphic transfer
- Convera
- EFTPOS or credit card at AskOtago (Dunedin campus only)
- Government student loan – StudyLink
- Third party payment
Internet banking
If you hold a New Zealand bank account, you can pay using internet banking.
- Log in to your banking application.
- Search for “University of Otago – Tuition” under Registered payees.
- Select this payee to ensure payment goes to the correct bank account.
- Enter your name and student ID as the payment reference.
- Complete the payment.
Telegraphic transfer
To pay by telegraphic transfer:
- Transfer funds from your bank account to the University of Otago bank account using the details below:
- Bank and address: ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, ANZ Auckland Branch, 203 Queen Street, PO Box 62, Auckland 1010, New Zealand
- Bank account name: University of Otago
- Bank account number: 01-1839-0944124-01
- SWIFT code: ANZBNZ22 (for payments outside New Zealand)
- Include your name and student ID number as the payment reference.
Convera
To pay using Convera:
- Go to the Convera website
- Enter the required information.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
EFTPOS or credit card
You can pay in person at the AskOtago Central Hub on the Dunedin campus.
