Who is this available to
Anyone who has ongoing relationship or business with the University and who needs to access University systems and/or IT services.
How do I request an external username
To request an external username:
- Ensure you have authorisation from the relevant head of department or their delegated authority.
- Open the External Account Request Form.
- Select the request type.
- Select New.
- Fill in the relevant details.
- Submit the form.
Access to request Library e-resources is done separately once you have received your external username.
How much does it cost
