How do I apply for a secure bicycle rack

To apply for a secure bicycle rack (cage) on the Dunedin campus:

  1. Complete the Parking form.
  2. Select Secure bike cage as the Park type.
  3. Provide any bicycle cage preferences.
  4. Read and agree to the University of Otago Parking Policy and Traffic and Parking Regulations
  5. Submit the form.

To apply for a secure bicycle rack on the Christchurch campus:

  1. Contact the AskOtago Christchurch hub located at 2 Riccarton Avenue.
  2. Take your University of Otago staff or student ID card with you when requesting swipe card access.

How much does it cost

There is no charge for the use of secure bicycle racks.
