The following criteria apply to University passwords:
- It must be at least 16 characters long
- It cannot be a password you have used before
- It cannot contain the characters | or :
If you have forgotten your password, have registered for self-service password reset, and need to set a new password, use the Microsoft Online Password Reset portal
If you know your current password (including a temporary password) and want to change it, review your security information
