The University creates, manages, and tracks a student’s enrolment and academic journey through student management and support systems. These systems integrate with others across the University to ensure relevant enrolment information is accurate and available as needed.

  • CareerHub is the portal used by students to enrol in Career Development Centre workshops, book career advice appointments, and receive information about employment events, such as career expos.
  • eVision is the primary student management system used by staff to manage or receive information about a student’s enrolment, and by students and applicants to enrol, select or modify their papers and enrolment details, and apply for or request services to support their academic career.
  • My eQuals is an official tertiary credentials digital platform where students can access and share official transcripts and qualification certificates.
  • Ontrack (EBS) is the student management system used by staff to manage or receive information about a Pathways and English Language Centre student’s enrolment, and by students and applicants to enrol, manage their enrolment details, and view information about their studies.
  • SONIA is the placements portal used by staff and external providers to manage student placements, and by students to view the details of their placements and indicate preferred placement providers.
